1) All good sold are non-refundable. Exchange on can be made on case by case basis.
- Exchange depends on product availability.
- Only sizes are accepted as reason for exchange. Colours will not be entertained.
- Exchange only possible for items of same or higher value, with the difference being topped up. Lower value items will not be refunded.
- Exchange has to be notified through E-mail within 3 days after receipt of your clothings.
2) Confirmation of Order.
- Confirmation E-mail will be sent to you within 48 hours upon successful receipt of your order!
- In case of out-of-stock situation, Summer Closet will send an E-mail you for further action.
3) Payment.
- Please make payment within 3 days upon receipt of confirmation E-mail from Summer Closet.
- Summer Closet only accept payments through ATM or Internet Banking Transfers.
- Cash Payment not accepted.
4) Goods will be send out within 3 working days after payment is received.
5) Cancellation of Orders.
- Payments will not be refunded once they are made.
6) Delivery.
- Currently only by local normal and registered mailing.
7) Postage.
- Registered mail will be charge $3 per transaction (strongly recommended).
- Closet will not be responsible for loss of items through normal postage.
8) Prices.
- All items quoted in nett price.
9) All information provided to Summer Closet will be kept confidential.
